When Polly got her retirement pay, among the first things she wanted to do was to travel to Rome. She was able to do so and she was very happy about it. It was a dream, come true for her. Although Polly never married and has no children, she never feels alone because she lives with her sister, Terry and her three girls. Polly has grown so fond of her nieces. As a matter of fact, she did not fail to buy nice gifts for nieces when she went to Rome. Her nieces are like her children already especially because she has been helping them in terms of their school fees and other needs. Terry is grateful for the generosity of her sister, Polly. She could not imagine how they would be had Polly not been around, especially when Terry's husband abandoned them for another woman. Polly is happy to help her sister and her nieces. After all, they are her only family and without them, she would not be as happy as she is today. |

My kids cannot wait to invite their new step mother in their lives. They were there from the first time we met and they have been very encouraging in our relationship. I remember this one time my four year old daughter and my two year old son baked a cake for her with the help of the baby sitter. When it was time for me to take them to the play ground they wrapped the cake in a gift wrapper and took it with them to the play ground. I had no idea what they were planning to do and if they would have included me I would have helped them. They had no idea that cake that had cream was not a good idea for gift wrapped gifts. They gave her the cake and it was all mangled up and she loved it nevertheless. She had no kids of her own but she took her brothers kids to the park once in a while and my kids really loved her. They never warmed up to any woman I was interested in after their mother but they were finally making an exception. |

Sports are every where both homes and schools. There are many different types and kinds of games which are played both locally and internationally. Sports are part of a job and a career to many people and especially those people who have passion for games. You find there are people who play more than one game and they do manage to go to training. Since people are different, it’s the same thing all people don’t love the same game but different depending with one a person likes. The sports psychologist help players to choose the best game. How they are supposed to handle games so as to become winners in a particular. The doctors help them on how to become winners of a game. Others lose because during the time they are playing they are thinking of different things and this makes them to lose concentration and then they end up losing the game. They tell players to forget details at home and think only about the game. Players should not think negatively at the middle of the game but positively about how to become winners. |

Leaders of teams are people who show the players how to behave outside the field and during the time they are playing. They are people who care about the welfare of the whole team and who care more on the winning more than losing side. The leadership coaching needs a person who would stand to face and meet different tempers of different people of the team. They are supposed to take their time and learn each player’s character and get to know if it’s bad for them or good. Players should also be respectful to coaches because they are people who make them to be successful and to beat other teams. All the tricks and tips of winning get them from the coach. To become a coach needs self sacrifice because they will not be having more of their free time to do other businesses because much of their time will spend with players teaching and coaching them how to be good and best players. Coaches need to have good manners and respect to players so they can do the same thing for them. |
